Warranty Support Administrator


Based in Bawtry, Premium Motorhomes is a boutique motorhome dealer selling high end new German motorhomes. Our specialist Fiat Professional service centre provides comprehensive maintenance and repair capabilities to meet our customer and franchise obligations.

Due to continued expansion, we have a Warranty Service Support position to join our team, working in a busy service centre environment. The role will work closely with our franchise manufacturers including Fiat, MORELO, Carthago, Knaus and Weinsberg to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and expeditious warranty rectification.

The role will be responsible to the Service Centre Manager and ensure:

- Warranty rectification is correctly recorded with sufficient photos and description of the fault loaded onto the manufacturer’s portal

- Co-ordinate with the manufacturer and service centre to ensure sufficient warranty settlement is promptly agreed,

- Ensure warranty parts are correctly ordered for timely completion of warranty work,

- Close down warranty job cards on the portal to ensure expeditious payment.

As part of a customer service function, you will also be required to communicate with customers to arrange booking for works to be completed.

Other duties will include answering calls, ensuring the Dealer Management System is updated in timely fashion, checking job cards, invoicing and taking payments.

It is essential you are highly organised, motivated, well presented and you are able communicate well with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable.
