COVID-19 Working Procedures


Bassetlaw Council Area is under Tier 3 rules : With Effect from the 2nd December

Service Centre is CLOSED until the New Year, re-opening on the 4th January

The telephones and office is manned, so please call either the service centre or sales with any enquiry.

SALES Monday - Saturday 9am-4pm (Sunday Closed)

We prefer our customers to call ahead and pre-book a viewing appointment to ensure private space, however if you can't pre-book, all customer should report to reception before viewing motorhomes, so they can be checked in to monitor and manage the number of visitors on site to ensure spacing.

We also ask customer to use the Gel hand sanitiser stations before entering the site.


Our sales staff will maintain distancing between customers viewing motorhomes, and during the purchase procedure.

Sneeze screens are in place at reception, safeguards are in place to protect our staff while they work.

If staff need enter a motorhome for a handover demonstration, then the staff will wear facemasks and gloves.

SERVICING - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

If dropping your vehicle off for servicing, please report to reception on arrival. Please use the hand sanitiser station on arrival. Sneeze Screens are in place at reception. Your keys will be handed to reception and sanitised before being passed to you on vehicle collection.

Vehicles in for servicing will be worked on by technicians wearing gloves, steering wheel and seat covers in place. Collection of service vehicles will be completed contactless. 

We ask customers to bring their vehicle to us on their own as we have limited waiting areas and unable to accommodate larger groups of people due to the spacing requirements in the lounge area.


On arrival at work our staff are temperature checked and use the hand sanitiser on entry. Gel stations are available throughout the buildings. No-one experiencing symptoms are allowed on site for 14 days. Sneeze screens are in place between office work stations and our technicians work in their own bays to maintain 2m spacing whenever possible. Technicians have access to face masks, and wear gloves. Vehicle seats, steering wheels and floors and covered.
